With basic training, even a single employee can upload legacy FMEAs into QMAD with confidence.

We track supplier quality certificates, competency documents and technical files from one central place, without loss or expiry risk. From onboarding a new supplier to keeping approved lists current, every stage runs transparently and in order. Scoring supplier performance against different criteria and changing dynamics gives us remarkable adaptability thanks to the platform’s flexibility.

The engineering change module saved our design team from the serious time drain of chasing document signatures. Engineering changes handled quickly through ECM go live in a few clicks with feasibility and risk analysis — they no longer lose valuable time waiting for signatures.

With continuous improvement we track our KAIZEN initiatives; with SPC modules we monitor critical parts online with ease.
