QMAD is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its information assets. An Information Security Management System aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 is implemented and continuously improved to secure our software solutions, data, infrastructure and operational processes.
Information security risks are systematically identified and managed with appropriate controls. Access to information is limited to authorized individuals, documentation accuracy and currency are maintained, and business continuity is supported through effective backup, disaster recovery and incident management. Compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements — including personal data and intellectual property protection — is a core principle.
QMAD promotes information security awareness among all employees and expects suppliers and business partners to meet applicable information security requirements. The effectiveness of the Information Security Management System is regularly monitored through internal audits and management reviews, with continuous improvement as the primary goal.
